We’re scaling rapidly after finding product-market fit, and we’re looking for a driven Digital Marketing Manager to help us expand our customer base and optimize our acquisition channels.

Join enso at an exciting time as we scale up our client base! You'll work closely with our founder to manage, optimize, and expand our paid acquisition efforts, ensuring we reach the right audience efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage Paid Channels: Oversee and optimize paid advertising on Google, Apple Ads, and eventually Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to drive app installs and web signups.
Optimize Funnel Conversion: Refine and improve user acquisition flows, from signup to conversion, ensuring smooth customer journeys.
Social Media Management: Handle content creation and scheduling across our social media channels, aligning with our marketing strategies.
Lead User Acquisition Initiatives: Drive email re-marketing, partnerships with external organizations, and coordinate webinars to attract new customers.
Partnership Management: Cultivate and grow partnerships with key stakeholders, including referral programs with doctors and industry professionals.
Requirements:
You’ll be a great fit if you meet these qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success managing and optimizing paid channels, especially in a consumer subscription business or similar environment.
- Hands-On Approach: You're comfortable getting into the weeds, adjusting ad copy, optimizing keywords, and driving performance improvements without reliance on agencies.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You approach campaigns with a rigorous, methodical process of testing and iteration, driving growth through data-backed decisions.
- Creative Marketing Skills: A strong sense of what makes marketing to consumers effective—especially in terms of ad copy, headlines, and calls to action.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Ability to translate our unique value proposition into compelling messaging that resonates in a competitive market.
